A highly intuitive SharePoint-based portal aiming to increase the online visibility and interactivity of MRHE with its customers. The portal is customer centric and avails panoply of e-services, allowing requests to be fully carried out electronically while providing smooth and efficient integration with backend systems of MRHE.
Full end-to-end automation was performed for house booking, loan requests, early settlement requests in addition to a multitude of other services offered by the organization. From form filling inside the portal to employee interaction with the business processes, the full cycle was electronically transformed allowing MRHE to provide prompt and highly satisfactory services to UAE citizens. The overall while keeping the end user fully informed of his requests through real time email and SMS alerts.
